Eggless Dark Chocolate Salami

This Dark Chocolate Salami is a variation of this cold dessert, always much appreciated! This dark chocolate salami contains butter, dry cereal biscuits, sugar, bitter cocoa, milk, and pine nuts, but does not contain fresh eggs. You can use lactose-free butter and milk if you prefer. Very good and “chocolaty”.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g dry biscuits ”5 cereals Oro Saiwa”
  • 200 g dark chocolate 50%
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 ml cow's milk
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 30 g bitter cocoa
  • handful of pine nuts

Crush the "5 cereali Oro Saiwa" biscuits by hand in a bowl. Melt the 50% dark chocolate, chopped into thin flakes, in the microwave in a suitable container. Then, add the melted butter, milk, sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a handful of pine nuts to the melted chocolate. Mix this chocolate cream well.

Now pour the crushed cookies into the bowl with the chocolate cream and mix well with a spoon. Turn the mixture out onto a sheet of waxed paper and wrap the cake in the shape of a salami. Close the salami tightly on the sides, like a piece of candy, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Happy snack!
