Salami with chocolate with organic oliven oil Vaianino, without butter and without eggs
Salami with chocolate is a simple dessert, but it is always enjoyed in summer as a meal or simply as a snack. This cake without butter and without eggs is lighter than the original version, precisely because it has our Vaianino organic extra virgin olive oil instead of butter and is egg-free. Good, to try and with the addition of Vin Santo del Chianti, you will like it more.
Crush with your hands in a bowl: 125 gr. of Oro Saiwa dry biscuits. Melt 100 gr. of 70% dark chocolate in the microwave in a suitable container and then add 20 ml of Vaianino organic extra virgin olive oil to the melted chocolate, 40 ml of lactose-free milk and finally half a very small glass of Vin Santo del Chianti; mix this chocolate cream well. At this point, pour the chocolate cream into the bowl of the crushed dry biscuits and mix well with a spoon.
Turn everything upside down in a sheet of waxed paper and wrap the cake in the shape of a salami. Close the salami well laterally, like a candy, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
